  • Creating social media profiles for new businesses across all main platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest)
  • Completing Social Media Audit and offering feedback.

Newsletter Production

  • Using MailChimp to create email newsletters for your business along with mailing list management as required.

Administration

  • Basic adminsitration tasks as required, currently I complete data entry for one client and searching for business contact information for another client, both as required.

Training/Help Desk

  • As one of my clients puts it “when you need a Hannah”, whether it’s learning how to use your new phone or your phone is misbehaving, setting up your email on your computer or an error that you don’t quite understand.
